1. Shipping: We ship as quickly as we can, usually within two business days. If there will be any shipping delay beyond three business days, we will contact you using the contact information you provide.
2. We will ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which means delivery to you within two to three days of shipment. If you prefer another service or want to request faster shipping, please call us or email us and we would be happy to ship however you specify. Additional shipping charges may apply.
3. Variations. Many of our creations are hand-made and one-of-a-kind. If a creation description contains the word "hand-made" please know that your creation may contain minor variations from the one pictured on the website.
4. Refunds. If you are not happy with your creation, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No restocking fees will be charged. Refunds after the 30 day period may be authorized, upon your request, depending on the circumstances. Please call or email us to discuss your particular situation.
5. Payment. We accept secure, online payments through the Pay Pal system. You can charge your purchases via Mastercard or Visa if you do not wish to open a Pay Pal account.
6. Privacy. Rest assured that we will never, ever sell or give any information about your or your order to anyone else. We care more about you, our customers, than any small gain we might obtain.
