We get a lot of questions about essential oils and how
they should be used. We invited David Roman
Daniels to come give us a crash course entitled,
"An Introduction
to Essential Oils - natural plant extracts to enhance
your life," on Saturday, April 28 at 4pm.
David Roman Daniels is the creator of an all-natural
line of shea butter products by Ardath Aromas. Ardath
Aromas is committed to finding the best natural,
healthy ingredients for their products, always using
wildcrafted and organic ingredients where available.
We've had customers ask for shea butter products,
and we think these Ardath Aroma products may be
just what you're looking for. David will have a
supply for our customers to come try on Saturday, as
well. Please come in and give us your feedback.
The class fee is just $10, including handouts and a
FREE 5ml essential oil. We'd appreciate your RSVP,
so we can be sure to have enough materials. We're
experimenting with a new RSVP system, so please
click on one of the following if you are interested:
No. I cannot attend this event but I am interested in other essential oil classes.. |

If you haven't had a sandwich at Dave's
Chillin' and Grillin', then you have been wasting your
time and bread (pun intended!). Dave is a gregarious
guy with an infectious Bostonian accent, and he's
created a great little community spot. He can tell you
the story
behind every sandwich, smoothie and chiller on the
menu. He prides
himself on choosing only the freshest, and natural
unprocessed ingredients. In fact, if a supplier brings
in something that doesn't live up to Dave's exacting
standards, then, sorry, but that sandwich won't be on
the menu until he can get just the right quality
ingredient. The sandwiches are generous, which is
great because they make leftovers
for the next day (if you can stop yourself from eating
the whole thing).
I walked into Dave's this morning, and I happened to
overhear him recommending The Blissful Soul to a
couple of his customers, so you know he has good
taste! Dave's is open from noon to 8pm on Sundays
and from 11 am to 8 pm Monday
through Saturday (and until 9 pm starting May 1).
Husband David loves the never-fatty pastrami, Mom
Shirley loves the French Dip Melt, my kids love the
smoothies, and I love the veggie wraps. We hear tell
that the Meatball Sub and Tuna Melt are on Faves list,
too. Oh, and don't forget the homemade soup!
