(Cheryl) personally find it a powerful reminder of a lot
of things we may already know...but find it very difficult
to put into practice. We know that it's better to
focus on the positive, rather than the negative, but that
doesn't always seem 'possible' or it doesn't always
seem to 'work.' I watch The Secret on a regular basis
to remind me how and why that positive focus
is
important and that it does work. That may
sound
simplistic, and not worth all the hype, but, for me, it's
crucial for my emotional, mental, and spiritual well-
being.

print, featuring Esther Hicks. It is becoming quite
